DEC Alpha Platform Information

In this directory are versions of the XYP_SERVER.EXE and XYP_MANAGER.EXE utilities 
that run on DEC Alpha-Class Workstations running OpenVMS (Version 6.1, or later).  These 
files allow an Alpha Workstation to store and load parameter files and an images.

To install this software, copy these files from the software media kit that you received into to 
the SYS$COMMON:[SYSEXE] directory of your DEC Alpha Workstation.  Optionally, you 
can install software load images on to your Alpha Workstation, by copying the images from a 
Xyplex CD-ROM Software Kit into the MOP loader directory of your workstation.  (Refer to 
the OpenVMS documentation for the procedure to copy files from a CD-ROM drive and for 
information about the MOP directory.)
