To Install :

1) Attach a PC comm port to modem 1 of the modem pool and ensure that AT commands are received by the modem.

2) At the DOS prompt type mp12_02.exe

	It will confirm your com port settings.
		If you enter NO,   
			it will show you the command line syntax and give you an example
		If you enter YES, 
			it will start a Software Download

3) Perform this process for each modem in the modem pool.
