DynaPPP Dialup Server for Win95/98/NT is a complete dialup SLIP/PPP Server with
comprehensive user management, accounting and automated billing features.
DynaPPP will be able to manage up to 255 nodes per machine and monitor up to
255 machines in a networked environment. All you need is a connection to the
Internet (even with a dynamic IP address)and incoming lines and you can become
a full featured ISP. DynaPPP will accept calls via a customizable menu or
auto-detect incoming PPP connections. It provides seamless monitoring and
management from any machine located on a network with realtime connection
statistics and bandwidth monitor.

It's listed as beta, but they're selling it and it was requested so I cracked it!

Install Notes

Unzip and unrar then run the exe file. Overwrite with cracked exe...
