Description:
------------

HiDialer 2000  is  a  multipurpose  utility  designed to assist you
with  DUN (Dial  Up  Networking)  connections  to  the Internet. It
allows  you  to  easily establish  an Internet connection by simply
selecting  it  from a handy icon in your system tray. HiDialer 2000
can  automatically launch one or more of your favorite applications
after  an  active  Internet connection is established (such as your
browser or email program), and then close them after disconnection.
Using HiDialer 2000, you can schedule your computer to automatically
connect to the Internet, automatically adjust your computer's clock
to  atomic time, automatically  redial  lost  connections, and much
more. The "Keep alive" function prevents your ISP from disconnecting
you due to inactivity on your side. Other features include logging,
online cost tracking and multilanguage  support.  HiDialer 2000 also
shows  your  connection  speed  and  the  time  duration of your Web
sessions, and  it  supports  several  skins  (appearances) that most
users  love to experiment with. HiDialer 2000 is highly configurable
and incredibly easy to set up and use.

HiDialer 2000 Features:

   ISP settings. You can even setup connections to multiple ISPs.

 - Redial multiple phone numbers until a connection is established. 
 - Detailed statistics for each Internet connection.
 - Baud rate (connection speed) display and idle time limit settings.
 - Automatic Internet connection scheduling by setting the time for
   connection and disconnection.
 - Logging for all Internet connections no matter what dialup program
   you use.
 - Export log files to Microsoft Excel format.
 - Phone list update via FTP option.
 - Keep alive function (continuously pings your ISP).
 - Multilanguage support.
 - Automatic reconnection if an unexpected disconnection occurs.

Installation:
-------------

Unzip from archive.

Double-click on the file "Setup.exe" to run the HiDialer 2000 Setup
Wizard. HiDialer 2000 Setup Wizard would automatically setup and
install the whole program under a minute!
Go to "Start" -> "Programs" -> "HiDialer 2000" and click on the
HiDialer 2000 icon.

   sometimes... Be attentive.

   It's a good chance that you'll find the newer version of HiDialer 2000
   there. If the serious bug has been found in the program, but the new
   version is not ready yet, we make the hot fix for it.

Please inform us about the following:

 - HiDialer 2000 version (from "About" dialog).
 - HiDialer 2000 registered name (if you're a registered user)
 - Where did you get HiDialer 2000 (HTTP or FTP site).
 - Windows 95/98/NT version (including service packs and other fixes
   installed), US or international, OEM or not.
 - Computer information: CPU type and speed, installed memory.
 - Description of your problem (as much information as possible to
   retrieve the problem).

Note: you may want to read the "How to Determine the Version of Windows 95
in Use" article by Microsoft. Use the following URL:

In order to get the complete computer information (working under
Windows 95), open the Control Panel, click on "System" applet and press
"Print" on "Device Manager" tab.
