QoS Manager -------------- * Fixes the following known issues: a. AT-9900: The Add and Modify buttons for Flow Groups and Classifiers would no longer function whenever the Destination L4 Mask classifier property was configured. (JIRA Key: ATPE- 121) b. AT-9900: QoS Manager could not configure the Inner Tag Protocol ID classifier property on the device. (JIRA Key: ATPE-122) c. AT-9900: The VLAN Priority and Inner VLAN Priority classifier properties did not contain a zero (0) option in their dropdown lists. (JIRA Key: ATPE-123) d. When the TCP Flags classifier property was set to multiple values, QoS Manager could not display those values correctly after they were applied to the device. This issue was encountered with the following devices (JIRA Key: ATPE-124): * AT-8600 Series * AT-8800 Series * AT-9900 Series * Rapier 24i e. AT-9900: Clicking on the Add/Modify button in the Flow Groups, Traffic Classes or Policies tabs would automatically add a "none" option as well as a blank value option to the Port Assignment property in Quick Setup. These options would also appear as ports in the Ports tab. (JIRA Key: ATPE-125) B. Device Pack Installation =========================== AlliedView-EMS 3.9 (Application and/or Documentation) must already be installed before an attempt is made to apply the Device Pack. If you have previously integrated AlliedView-EMS 3.9 with a network management system (NMS), the following pre-installation conditions must be met: * For Castle Rock SNMPc and HP OpenView, the SNMPc or OpenView service must not be running. * For Tivoli NetView, the NetView service must not be running. * For IpSwitch WhatsUp, the WhatsUp Engine service must not be running but the WhatsUp SQL services must be running. Windows ------- 1. Make sure that you have administrator privileges. 2. Make sure that AV-EMS applications are not running. 3. Run EMS391.exe by double-clicking the file. Solaris ------- 1. Make sure that you have root privileges. 2. Make sure that AV-EMS applications are not running. 3. Copy the EMS391S.bin file to a temporary directory. 4. Move to the directory where the device pack installation file is. 5. Make sure that the installation file is executable. Use chmod command to correct the permission mode of the file. chmod u+x EMS391S.bin 6. Enter the following on the command line: ./EMS391S.bin HP-UX ----- 1. Make sure that you have root privileges. 2. Make sure that AV-EMS applications are not running. 3. Copy the EMS391H.bin file to a temporary directory. 4. Move to the directory where the installation file is. 5. Make sure that the installation file is executable. Use the chmod command to correct the permissions mode of the file. chmod u+x EMS391H.bin 6.
