If a refresh rate is not supported for a given color depth, the next lower refresh rate will be used. Known Problems: --------------- Please do not contact our hotline service regarding these known problems. System reboot with WIN OS/2 full screen session running. -------------------------------------------------------- If you shutdown and restart the system after you have changed the resolution or color depth, no WIN OS/2 session may be running. If so, you will be warned that OS/2 will close this session. If you start a WIN OS/2 session after reboot the system will hang with a trap E error. Workaround: ----------- 1. Close all tasks, applications and sessions before you restart the system. 2. If you run into a trap E error, delete from the "Window List" window the remaining WIN OS/2 session before you start a new WIN OS/2 session.
