UPGRADE TIPS
------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Be sure to have your Windows 95 or Windows 98 CD readily available as
  you will be prompted for them during the installation.

* Reduce the number of large metal objects between and next to the 
  antennas during installation. Large metal objects may prevent the 
  network cards from seeing each other.


CREATING FLOPPIES
------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you need to create a set of floppies, copy the contents of each 
directory (disk1, disk2, disk3, disk4, hfwutils) to a separate floppy 
and label them:

HomeFree Installation Disk 1
HomeFree Installation Disk 2
HomeFree Installation Disk 3
HomeFree Installation Disk 4
HomeFree Utilities


INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Close all programs running on your machines.

2. Copy the file you downloaded, hfw151.exe, to all the computers on the
   network and extract the files. (If your network is not working, follow
   the instructions above to create floppies)

3. You must uninstall the current version of the HomeFree software
   from you computer before installing this version. To do this, run the
   program Hfremove.exe located in the "hfwutils" directory (or on the
   HomeFree Utilities floppy you created). DO NOT FOLLOW THE INSTRCUTIONS
   IN THE MANUAL.

4. Once you have uninstalled the HomeFree software from each computer,
   turn off all the computers.

5. Install HomeFree following the instructions in your Getting Started
   Guide. Make sure to use the new software and not the software on
   the original CD (PN 75500057-001).
