Description: Some AHA-2940U2W Host Adapters are unable to correctly set 
termination when you have both internal and external LVD (Ultra 2) drives 
attached. These Adapters will return the message "Host Adapter Configuration 
Error". If you receive this error message disconnect either the internal or 
external cable from the card. If the error message goes away please download 
the file 2940U2UP.EXE and follow the instructions in the readme.txt file. 
This is a BIOS patch that will correct the problem. 

Note: This patch must not be used on any Host Adapter other than a AHA-2940U2W. 
Ensure your card is a AHA-2940U2W by checking the white sticker on the face of
your card.
