*********************************************************************** Thomas Moenkemeier, u.a. Features are: - files can be added from different dirs into one cue sheet - remove complete files from cue sheet (including all their track/index markers) - move a file up and down to change the order of your tracks - add pregap(s) to one or a list of tracks at once - add additional track or index points (even index 0) - test of WAV files for correct format, avoid handling corrupt files - displays the length of valid WAV files - warns you if you go beyond 74min total disc time - monitors the total disc, track/index lengths all the time - MakeCUE avoids illegal situations for CD recording (e.g. a track only consists of an index 0 is not allowed) - doesn't need 10 megs of DLLs... it doesn't need Windows - default pregap for new tracks, which can be set to every length you want (including 0) - fast add-all function to add all files of the dir. Together with a default pregap your cue sheet may be ready after 2 keystrokes (Add-All + Write-CUE)! - detection of CUE information located in the WAV file, e.g. using Cool Edit, to skip long copy & paste sessions to create all the tracks inside long WAV files (e.g. live recordings) Future plans: CD2CUE, a small tool to create a cue file from a CD inside any CDROM drive - similar to what DAO does, but dramatically faster in searching index points, because it doesn't need to read the whole track. So it won't need a drive, which is able to read audio. The main index search subroutine is already finished and works. :) For bug reports, critics.... just email me at junglas@student.uni-kl.de. Happy recording! *********************************************************************** Multimedia-Produkte Ulrich Engelmann Am Spoerkel 3 44227 Dortmund Tel: 0231/794-8050 Fax: 0231/794-8052 E-Mail: info@engelmann.net http://www.engelmann.net/
