  I.  Lexmark 5700 Color Jetprinter Series Printer Driver for 
      Microsoft Windows 3.1, 3.11 and Windows 95/98.

 II.  VERSION HISTORY
      1.1.1.5 (October 6, 1998)
      Re-built June 1, 1999 to include option to create         
        diskettes - no changes to driver program.

 IV.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
       1. Windows 95/98: Click START, SETTINGS, PRINTERS, and then
          double click on the ADD PRINTER icon.  In the printer 
          wizard click on NEXT, LOCAL PRINTER, NEXT, HAVE DISK. 
          Enter the location of the files that you extracted
          (C:\LXK5700) in the box labeled manufactures files 
          and click OK. 
          Then click on NEXT and select the printer port, and 
          choose NEXT.  If you want to select this as your default
          printer (main printer), be sure to select it as default
          on this screen. Click on finish to begin coping files. 
          Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the
          installation. 

       2. Windows 3.x:  Click FILE, RUN, and enter the location of
          the driver that you extracted, followed by setup 
          (c:\LXK5700\SETUP) The driver files will be installed on
          your system. Follow the on-screen instructions during 
          the driver installation.   
         
       3. Click on the Readme icon in the Lexmark 5700 Series
          group for more information on your printer.

 V.  Creating Diskettes
      If you wish to create diskettes, you will need two, formatted
      disks.  Execute the MAKEDISK.BAT option in the directory where 
      you downloaded the CJ3957LE.EXE file.
