Carbon Copy v6.0/Carbon Copy Plus:
DIP Switches 3, 5, and 8 DOWN(ON) 

You need to download the modem descriptor file. The file includes setups 
for all of our modems, and is called "MODEM.DSC"(download off our BBS at 
(847)982-5092 or FTP Site at ftp.usr.com).  This modem descriptor file is 
valid for all versions of Carbon Copy, and goes into the main directory 
that Carbon Copy is installed in. After the file is copied into the 
directory, all you need to do to complete the installation, is select 
the COM Port the modem is on, and your model modem from the modem list.
