cc:Mail Remote v3.3/v3.4 for DOS:

Type REMOTE COMM/LOCK/HSEC MODEM/AT&F&A3&B1&H1&R2X7. You also need to 
set the DTE rate to 38400 or 57600.

cc:Mail Remote for DOS version 3.3x and below:

Type REMOTE COMM/LOCK/HSEC MODEM/AT&F&A3&B1&H1&R2X7S27=128. You also 
need to set the DTE rate to 38,400 or below.

Note:  Like the cc:Mail Router settings below, you can add the word 
       DIAGNOSTICS to the command line. This allows you to view the 
       modem result codes, etc.

cc:Mail Router v4.0 for DOS:
cc:Mail ROUTER 4.0 and above:

Type ROUTER {path to data directory} 
     com1 38400/lock modem/AT&F&A3&B1&H1&R2X7(or 57600/lock). 

Note:  The word DIAGNOSTICS can be added to the end of the command line 
       if you would like to view the modem responses while the program is 
       running. The {path to the data directory} parameter must be 
       replaced by the actual path that cc:Mail uses for its data 
       directory.

A Courier v.32terbo will work fine with the modem/AT&F1 parameter.
