GAP v6.4:

  1.   Start up the GAP program.
  2.   Pull down the "Commands" menu, and select "Configuration 4".
  3.   Highlight "Go To" on the menu bar, and press "ENTER".
  4.   Highlight "Port Configuration", and setup the configuration
       screen as shown below
       Note:  To edit an entry, you have to highlight "EDIT" and press
              "ENTER".

  5.   Highlight "Go To" and select "Modem/BPS Restriction".
