HyperAccess v1.01 for Windows:
DIP Switches: 3, 5, and 8 DOWN (ON)

To change your software's modem options, click on "New Session
Settings" found in the "Phonebook"(automatically opened at the start
of the program). You can now click on the "Settings" button underneath
the menubar to make changes.

CHANGE PORT:  Go to the "New Session Defaults - Communications" dialog
              box. Make sure "Port Type" is set to "Standard Com
              Port", and that the appropriate COM Port is selected.

CHANGE IRQ:  The software uses the settings in the Windows Control
             Panel.

INIT STRING:  Click on the "Modem Setup" button in the "New Session
              Default - Communications" dialog box. Next click on
              "Modem Definition", and set the init string to:
              AT&FE1V1Q0X4B0&B1&H1&R2&N0&A3S11=55. You also need to
              make sure that the "Hardware Handshaking" checkbox is 
              selected.

TERMINAL MODE:  Click on the "Direct Connect" icon in the phonebook.
                You will be prompted to input a telephone number. Click
                on the "CANCEL" button, pull down the "File" menu, and 
                select "Connect Special". Pick "Open Port", but do not
                dial a phone number. You are now in terminal mode.

Notes:  In addition to the above changes, click on the "Port Setup"
        button under the "New Session Defaults - Communications" dialog 
        box. Make sure the below hardware handshaking options are set 
        correctly:

          receiving     RTS
           Sending      CTS

        There is a wide selection of U.S. Robotics modems to choose from. 
        If your modem is not listed, select the one closest to your unit. 
        For owners of our Sportster 14,400 modem, select the 
        "U.S. Robotics Courier v.32bis" modem.
