Searchlight BBS v4.0 for DOS:
DIP Switches: 3, and 8 DOWN(ON)

Run CONFIG.EXE in the program directory. Select "A. General 
Configuration", then "C.  Communications Setup". Configure your setup
to look like the one below:

To configure your modem's port address, IRQ, FOSSIL, and DigiBoard
settings, highlight "11. COM Port Setups". This version can support
port speeds up to 230k.
