TSFax v1.21 for Windows:
DIP Switches: 3, 5, and 8 DOWN(ON)

CHANGE PORT:  Can only be set during the initial installation of the
              software.

CHANGE IRQ:  This program uses the settings in the Windows Control
             Panel.

INIT STRING:  Pull down the "Send" menu and select "Setup". Click the
              "Modem" button. You will then be prompted for an Init 
              string, which should be set to "ATF&H3&R2&I2S7=90".

TERMINAL MODE:  Not available. This is a Fax only program.
