TurboCom/2 v2.0.0 for Windows:

TurboCom/2, communications driver, is a direct replacement for
COMM.DRV. It is found in the [386enh] section of your Windows
SYSTEM.INI file.

To install TurboCom/2, run SETUP.EXE on the installation disk.  When
the first screen comes up, make sure Install TurboCom is selected, and
click continue. The program will install the new driver in your
Windows SYSTEM.INI. After the installation is complete, restart
Windows. The driver is now active.

Note:  This driver is a replacement for Windows default communications
       driver, COMM.DRV, which is designed for port speeds up to 
       19200.  With TurboCom/2, you can set your software port rates 
       to 57600 or higher without a problem.
