Be sure to write the following two numbers carefully and completely: Serial Number ------------------------ Your serial number will either have 12 alphanumeri c or 16 numeric digits and can be found on a sticker on the bottom of your external modem or your internal modem board. The serial number s hould look something like one of these: 217B2177GCZ2 OR 0008390300231839 Product Code Number ----------------------- Your product code number (SKU) should have 8 digits and look something like this: 001785-02. In a 16-digit serial number, the first 8 digits of your serial number are your SKU. When you receive your new modem board, you will have 30 days to return your old one to us. Instructions will be included in the upgrade package.
