Problem

Although in the configuration of the respective applications a public prefix is specified, it is not used for outgoing calls.

Reasons

The specified public prefix only applies to entries, which are chosen from the address management, not to numbers entered directly.

Solution

• Enter the public prefix manually before dialling the number you want to reach.
• Chose the call number from the address management.
