RAS Port Manager NT-User-Account has been Deleted 

Problem

The RAS Port Manager cannot be started.  The following error message occurs:

RAS Port Manager can't be started.

You will get an error at login.

Reason

The NT-User-Account for the RAS Port Manager was deleted.

Solution

Go to CONTROL PANEL> SERVICE> DIGI RAS PORT MANAGER> STARTUP.
