Added support for renaming directories in Digi ESP environment.

Note:

This fix needs to be installed in your ESP environment. The default for NET+OS 7.1 is Program Files\Digi\Digi ESP\plugins\com.digi.netos.7_1_1.1.0\templates\appbuilder\sys\ftp\ftpsvr.c
