Description

New CCW9C modules have an updated RF Transceiver UW2453.
Previous chips had revision HC and new have revision JD.

Solution

This update makes necessary changes to the software configuration to support the new chip. 
 
The driver will now report V1.1b while booting.

Special Instructions

1. Uncompress the attached wifimac_WCE60-JSK-RevD.zip to get the new 'wifimac' driver.
2. Replace the previous version found at %_WINCEROOT%\PLATFORM\CCX9C\SRC\DRIVERS
3. Rebuild the Driver and generate a new image:
o Open your project Platform Builder6.00.
o Open the Solution Explorer window and expand PLATFORM\CCX9C\src\drivers\wifimac
o Right-Click over ccw9cwifi and select Rebuild.
o Open the Build Menu and select 'Make Run-Time Image'
 
** Note that %_WINCEROOT% is your WindowsCE 6.00 installation folder, usually C:\WINCE600 **
