Release 6.3 Corrected Defects 
 
The following defects were corrected in the NET+OS 6.3 release.
These are defects that were in the original version 6.2 release.

Removed spurious references to Kerberos.  [14385]

Corrected the MIBMAN utility to generate proper code when MIBs contain
OBJECT-IDENTITY type OIDs.  [14255]

Corrected the MIBMAN utility to generate proper code when MIBs are
hierarchical (MIBs contain other MIBs).  [15035]

Corrected the on-line HELP file which incorrectly documented obsolete
SPI ioctl functions for "SIO_SPI_HW_SET" and "SIO_SPI_HW_GET". [15533]

Corrected issues with ARM9-based applications not starting after
continuing after a break point, using the Raven debugger.  This was
corrected with a new release of Macraigor Raven software.  [15611]

Corrected the incorrect clock selection on the Connect ME, Connect Wi-ME,
and Connect Wi-EM platforms which use a crystal as opposed to the
external oscillator used on the NS7520 Development board.  [15625]

Corrected issues with the HTML-to-C converter in the area of the
URLTable[] array.  This table was missing curly brackets ("{" and "}")
and causing compilation issues with GNU.  [15638]

Corrected issues in the HTTPS proxy where a thread deadlock could occur
in a higher priority thread on recv().  [15668]

Corrected the On-line HELP file to include the ARM7 initialization
(NANetarmInitData, NAAhbPriorityTable ), chip select
(NAStaticMemoryTable, NAStaticMemoryType) and other ARM7 data structures,
specific to the 7520 and NET+50 processors. [15680, 15681]

Corrected SNTP-active BSP issues regarding the installation of secondary
servers into the SNTP thread.  [15790]

Corrected the order for setting ARM9 chip select base and mask registers
for chip select CS4 and CS5.  [15810]

Corrected the getErrno() value (errno) when trying to remove a directory
that doesn't exist.  [15865]

Corrected errors that occurred when calling fwrite() on the FLASH0 volume,
and attempting a large write (i.e., 2048 bytes), but only a portion is
written, a failure occurs with an getErrno() value of 6 (errno).  [15869]

Corrected issues with the USB hub on the NS9360 development board, where
the unit would not recognize devices were connected.  [15759]

Corrected GNU sample application makefile dependency issues for appconf.h.

Corrected the ethernet activity LED in bsp.h to enabled (active) for all
platforms.  [15806]

Corrected denial-of-service issues in the HTTPS proxy when running
continuously against the NeWT known-vulnerability assessment scan tool.

Corrected GHS system deadlock problem file system call fopen().  [15825]

Corrected truncation issues when opening and reading files using the
"w+" mode on the FLASH0 volume.  [15868]

Corrected issues with fseek() on FLASH0 volume files.  [15872]

Corrected defects for the Raven debugger shortcut: "OCD Remote for
ARM7TMDI".  [15972]

Corrected issues in SNMPv3 when no password is supplied for
authentication.  [15995]

Included a missing section in the GHS BSP Porting Guide that describes
how to convert legacy Green Hills applications to NET+Works 6.2.

Corrected issues with reseting and defaulting non-volatile memory
configuration of prior NETO+OS releases.  [16026]

Corrected the state of GPIO 4 on the ns9360_a platform (NS9360
Development board) to drive LED D11 on at power up.  [16058]

Corrected latency issues in the Ethernet receive thread when Ethernet
PHY interrupts are unavailable.  [16098]

Corrected all NET+OS header files to include the extern "C" {}
encapsulation, needed for C++ compilation.  [16100, 16286]

Corrected Denial-of-service issues in the SSL proxy, resulting from
improperly formed requests.  [16140]

Corrected problems with PORTB serial GPIO configuration on 7520 platforms.
GPIO is not setup to use BSP_GPIO_MUX_SERIAL_4_WIRE_UART.  [16199]

Corrected issues with transferring files to a browser via HTTP.

Corrected defects in the natelmenu sample application when selecting the
change password option (option 2), entering the old password correctly,
then entering a mismatching new password.   [16231]

Corrected the nafileio sample application to properly run using GHS
on the Connect ME platform.  [16232]

Corrected issues with creating directories on the RAM0 volume.  [16271]

Corrected issues with renaming files on the RAM0 volume, after the file
has been opened and closed.  [16274]

Corrected authentication issues in the web server when using IP address
filtering.  [16278]

Corrected issues with SMTP when sending email with attachments.  [16279]

Corrected GNU BSP make problems that occurred after performing a
'make clean' for a BSP platform.  [16280]
