INTRODUCTION

  This driver package supports the ClassicBoard PCI and Digi Neo adapters in Microsoft Windows NT 4.0

ENHANCEMENTS

  This driver package has support for Digi Neo adapters added

	
KNOWN LIMITATIONS

   - The driver currently only supports baudrates up to 460kbps
   - User-definable baud rates are not supported
   - Digi Alt-Pin functionality is not supported
   - Multiple adapters can only be installed with doing a re-boot 
     after each adapter installation
   - ClassicBoard ISA adapters are not supported

                RTS signal, the driver never raises the RTS signal. This caused CITRIX 
                systems to fail.  This problem is now fixed

              - Allow disabling of the UART's Transmit FIFO
