1. Right-click Network Neighborhood and go to Properties.  Select the Services tab (see Figure 1).

  2. Click Add.
  3. Select Have Disk (see Figure 2).

   4.    Type in the path to the location of the Digi EtherLite driver that has been extracted (see Figure 3).  Click Ok.

    5.    Select the Digi RealPort Service option and Click Ok (see Figure 4).

    6.    You will need to configure an IP address for the EtherLite before installing the driver.
           If you have not already done so, select the DgIpServ button and step through the
           Store IP Settings wizard.  After you have finished assigning the IP address, you will come
           back to this screen (see Figure 5).  Enter the IP address you assigned to the EtherLite.
            NOTE: Leave the TCP port set to 771

    7.   Give the EtherLite a name and specify the number of ports you want to add (see Figure 6).

    8.    You will now get a message that x number of ports have been configured and allow you to change the port names (see Figure 7).

    9.    You should now get the EtherLite configuration screen showing the com ports the EtherLite will be assigned (see Figure 8).

   10.    Click Finish.

   11.    It will now prompt you to start the Digi RealPort Service (see Figure 9).

   12.    The services will now bind and you will have to reboot before using the EtherLite.
