My Digi board had 2 banks of dip switches, how should they be configured.

Bank 1 (DS1) has 11 DIP switches
Bank 2 (DS2) has 8 DIP switches

Switch:
1.  DS1 contains the Memory Start Address and the I/O address.
2. DS2 contains the IRQ setting.
