When attempting to run the Classic configuration utility the following error is received: "No Hawaii boards found". When attempting to run the Classic configuration utility the following error is received: "No Hawaii boards found".

Be sure that the system is booted to a clean DOS boot. If the same error message occurs, try the following:

Reseating the Classic board in its slot

Installing the board in a different slot

Running the Configuration utility with the Classic board in another PC

Be sure to verify that the serial number of your Classic board begins with "E12", "E13", "E14", "E15", "E16", "E17", "F33", or "F34". If it does not, contact Digi Customer Service with the serial number of your product to identify the product you have.
