How do you configure the ISA Classic board for more than one IRQ? How do you configure the ISA Classic board for more than one IRQ? Run the Classic CFG utility from a clean DOS boot
Select F3 to Edit New Profile
Select "No" for PnP Mode
Select "Digi" for Control Register Int Mode
Select a unique value for the Control Register I/O
Select a unique IRQ for the Control Register IRQ
Select unique I/O addresses for each Port listed
Tab over to the IRQ field located next to the I/O Base setting for Port 1
Use the arrow keys to select a second unique IRQ
Select F5 to Write New Profile to Board
Select F6 to Write New Profile to Disk
Select and name the profile you created
Select F10 to Exit
The IRQ selected in the field next to the I/O Base setting for Port 1 will be the IRQ assigned to the first port on the board. The Control Register IRQ will be the IRQ assigned to all other ports on the board.
