1. Go into Device Manager
and locate the AccelePort RAS in
Network Adapters.
2. Right-click on the
AccelePort RAS and select Uninstall...
3. After uninstalling the
product go into the Add/Remove Hardware
wizard and step through the Uninstall/Unplug a
device. Choose
Uninstall a device. Click on the Show
hidden devices check
box. Go through the list and remove anything tied
to the Digi
AccelePort RAS (Async) and any COM ports that were tied
to the
AccelePort RAS you just uninstalled.
4. From the latest driver that
can be downloaded on our web site
at www.digi.com, run
DGCLN.cmd followed by DGUpdate.exe and
reboot. However you can also do so by going into
Device
Manager under the properties of the Digi adapter.
5. It should now find the
adapter on boot up and load the new driver
version.

6. Follow the installation
wizard. If it prompts you for the location
of the driver, point it to the directory where you have
extracted
the latest driver. Windows will finish with the
installation and
after all dialogs have closed, you should be able to
use the Digi
adapter.
