Whenever you are sending faxes over FaxWare with fax module, only a 9.600 baud connection can be achieved, where the remote party can work with speeds up to 14.400 baud.

The Digi fax modules (1F or 2F) only support 9.600 baud where the Digi fax modem modules (1FM or 2FM) offer transmission rates up to 14.400 baud.


Solution:

Use a fax modem module instead of a fax module.
