• Remove the following key from the registry database:

  HEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/CURRENTCONTROLSET/SERVICES/ICOMNT

• Delete all ICOM*.* files in the SYSTEM32 directory.
• Delete the file MDMICOM.INF from the WINDOWS/INF directory.
• Available modem profiles can be deleted under MODEM.
