Possible Causes:
- The keyboard and mouse are still connected to the Solaris server.
- The cable attached from the Digi port to the Solaris serial port is not crossed over.
- Bad or damaged port.
Solution: - Disconnect the mouse and keboard from the Solaris server
- Verify cabling at related URL.
- Verify port functionality performing loopback test at related URL.
