OFC Signal Is Solid on Digi One and PortServer Products OFC Signal Is Solid on Digi One and PortServer Products

Symptoms:

Port is configured for autotelnet and don't get a login prompt.

When port information is displayed, the OFC signal is lit solid (seen on LED front panel on PortServer and PortServer II products, use DPA Remote for Digi One and PortServer TS products).

Solution:

Try pressing [Ctrl q] from a terminal/device connected to the port.

Use the who command to kill the port process. Also try to configure the port for software flow control:
who
kill tty=[port-number]
set flow range=[port-number] ixon=on ixoff=on cts=off rts=off
