Cause: The error is generated when either:
1. The AccelePort PCI adapter has been physically removed from the system but the driver has not yet been removed, or,
2. The AccelePort PCI adapter was moved to another slot while the driver was installed.
Solutions:
1. Remove the Digi driver.
2. If the adapter has been reinstalled into another PCI slot, remove the Digi driver and reinstall the driver.
