Symptom: My EPC/CON or C/CON concentrator cycles between P4 and P1, or goes back to P1 from P4 and hangs.
Cause:
- The cables or phone lines are causing data corruption.
- The host adapter is sending out bad packets.
Solutions:
Verify that the cables and phone lines are good.
Run the appropriate diagnostics on the adapter.
