In Windows NT I am experiencing modem disconnections using Lotus Notes at speeds above 19.2KBps. If I connect at lower speeds, the connections do not drop. Symptom: My modems disconnect on Digi ports when using Lotus Notes.
Cause: Hardware Flow Control is not enabled.
Incorrect Modem MDM file
Solutions: Verify that hardware flow control is enabled
Verify that you have selected the correct MDM file for your modem type
