Cause: Incorrect Parameter settings
Solutions: Per Technote number # 189728 from Lotus, it is suggested that you add XPC_DISABLE_IOCP=1 to the notes.ini file
Setting this parameter to 1 will disable XPC from using I/O completion ports. There should be no negative impact on your regular system operation since there are fewer active XPC ports, than LAN ports, at any given time
If you continue to experience problems with server lockups after trying this, you will need
to report this to Lotus
