Your Digi product should have a serial number on it, on a label on the bottom or back for external products, and on a label or silkscreened rectangle for internal boards.
If the serial number begins with the letter "V", you will need to contact Technical Support to identify your product. If the serial number begins with any other letter or a number, there is a list at the URL below that you can use to identify what Digi product you have. If your serial number begins with a "0", then use the next two numbers as the prefix when reviewing the list.
