The PortServer II will go to PE during the normal boot process. This is the last step before starting the OS. If the PortServer II hangs at PE and never continues to AC, then there is something preventing it from loading the OS. If resetting the PortServer II to factory defaults does not work, then contact Technical Support for more assistance.
