How do I find the version of the firmware that I am running on my Digi One RealPort or Digi One IA Realport? How do I find the version of the firmware that I am running on my Digi One RealPort or Digi One IA Realport?

There are several ways to determine the firmware version on the Digi One IA RealPort and the Digi One RealPort.

From a web browser:

Log into the Digi One via the web interface.

The firmware version appears on the main information screen after you log in. It will be listed as Firmware Version, with both the file name and the date.

From the command line:

Log into the Digi One and issue one of the following commands:

show config

show versions

The firmware version appears on the show config screen at the top after the product name is displayed, and on the show versions screen as the Release_Tag value for Running EOS.
