Installing Digi drivers from a CD HOWTO Installing Digi drivers from a CD HOWTO 1. Place the CD in the system cdrom drive.
2. Create a mount point to mount the CD to (example: /usr/digi).
3. Mount the CD by entering one of the following commands:

When inserted, the CD is auto-mounted to directory: /cdrom/digi_cd.
If auto-mount is disabled, run the following: /usr/sbin/vold & |
Note: device is the path to the device file assigned to the cdrom drive, and mount-directory is the mount point created in step 2.
4. Change to the directory where the CD is mounted.

6. Follow the prompts to install the driver. Once the driver is installed, you may also need to take additional installation steps to install your product. Follow the text during driver installation for further info. |
