Problem:  ZoneAlarm (a personal firewall application) blocks ADDP from discovering UNCONFIGURED products

Resolution: Shutdown ZoneAlarm.  [Note: Even with ADDP listed as being allowed as both a client and a server application, it still doesn't work.  So, you must shut down ZA completely.]
