Where can I find information about my Retoura or LANA product? Where can I find information about my Retoura or LANA product? The LANA and Retoura products were sold to a company by the name of NNTI in 1997. Shortly after Digi sold this product to NNTI, the products were obsoleted from our product line. Digi's support policy is to provide telephone and email technical assistance for one year after the date of discontinuation, which ended July 1998. Digi is no longer providing technical support of the LANA or Retoura product line, and any LANA or Retoura product is now past the Digi five-year repair warranty period.
Due to the nature of the complete transfer of copyright ownership to NNTI, Digi cannot redistribute any of the software or manuals for either the LANA or Retoura. If you are in need of software or manuals, you might try to contact a fellow LANA/Retoura owner via the Internet to find someone who would be able to send you a copy of what you are looking for.
