Do the following:
- Complete the software installation.
- Verify the I/O port address assigned by Windows matches the
address set on the Digi ISA adapter's DIP switches. If they are not
the same you will need to modify the settings.
- Go to Reconfiguring
Input/Output Range.
- If after performing the above procedure you again receive the same
error message, go to Reconfiguring
Memory Range.
- If the first two procedures fail to resolve the hardware conflict
and you again receive the same error message, go to Reconfiguring
the Interrupt Request Settings.]
- In the event all troubleshooting procedures fail, call Digi
technical support.
