Master Setup Process

Use this overview as a general procedure for installing and configuring the Microsoft Windows 2000 device driver for ClassicBoard adapters.

1. Install the adapter. See the ClassicBoard Hardware Installation and Cable Guide for more information.

   Note: When you install multiple PCI adapters of the same type on a Windows system, it is sometimes difficult to determine which adapter you are configuring. To avoid confusion, you may wish to install and configure the adapters one at a time.

2. Install the Windows 2000 driver. See Installing the Driver.
3. Configure the Windows 2000 driver. See Configuring the Driver.
