Configuring a Line: SDLC

Use this procedure to configure a line for SDLC, which assumes that the IBM CS/UnixWare software, eNetwork Communications Server, is installed.

Procedure

1. To access the setup utility, enter wancfg.

2. Choose Enter > SYNC 2000.

3. Select the line to configure and then specify SDLC as the Connection Type.

4. When you complete configuration, save it by choosing File > Save Changes > Exit.

5. Configure the CS/UnixWare software to use the SDLC connection. See the IBM documentation for more information.
