Configuring Printers

You have two options in configuring your printers with Linux drivers.

• Use the Linux printtool command.
• Set up the printers manually. To install a printer manually, add the following lines to the end of the inittab file when you are using hardware flow control with a Digi standard cable:

  DG01:2345:once: cat < /dev/ttyN1 > /dev/null &
  dg01:2345:once:cdstty crtscts  -ixon -ixoff 
  -ixany /dev/ttyN1
