Configuring a Line: X.25

Use this procedure to configure a SYNC/570 line for X.25.

Procedure

1. From the Internetworking Configuration menu, choose Network Interfaces.

2. Choose a SYNC/570 interface.

   The Select a Medium menu appears.

3. Choose X.25-Host.

   The X.25 Network Interface screen appears.

4. Do the following:

   1. Specify a network type in the Profile field.

   2. Specify the Local DTE Address assigned this interface by your network service provider.

   3. Change other parameters as required.
