System Requirements

Read this section before beginning the Digi driver installation.

• The Digi Solaris device driver works with Solaris (SPARC) and Solaris (Intel) operating systems. The earliest versions of Solaris the device driver supports are Solaris 2.6 on both the SPARC and the Intel platform. For the latest versions of Solaris supported, see the Release Notes.
• The Digi device driver for Solaris is a loadable device driver; the software development system is not required to create a new kernel.
