Error counts too high (AccelePort Xp only)

The error counts on the Serial Summary screen in PortAssist Manager are too high. 

Cause Resolution
The port might not be working correctly. Do the following:
  1. Conduct a loopback test or a terminal echo test to check the connection.
  2. If the test passes and the error counts are still high, go to the troubleshooting documentation for the adapter.
  3. If the test fails, check your cable connections and reboot.
